Production lines
Biaxplen films are produced on 4 DMT lines – a French equipment supplier well known for its hi-tech profile in this area of manufacture. Optimized lines design allows to produce wide range of speciality films with highest production uptime and stability.
Total annual production capacity is 70 000 tons.
Each line has the following technical characteristics:
- Width is 6,6 m
- Mechanical speed is 350 m/min
- Annual production capacity is 17 250 tons
Films are produced from high quality raw materials and additives which contribute to the film highest quality meeting international standards.
Metallizers
The lines are equipped with 4 metallizers produced by Applied films, General Vacuum, Leybold Optics.
Total monthly capacity is 2 000 tons
Slitters
Slitting fleet includes 7 high capacity slitters by Atlas, Kampf, Soma.
There is a special Atlas CW-500R modification designed for tobacco films.
Lab
Biaxplen may boast certified laboratories that meet international standards and equipped with quality testers making possible to measure optical, mechanical and thermal properties of film.
Warehouse
Packing areas are equipped with automatic handling and hoisting equipment.
One may follow the history of every roll decoded in bar-code beginning with resin then semi-finished product phase and ending with finished goods.
Software
Special information system is installed in the packing rooms giving the opportunity to coordinate production facilities in Balakhna and Kursk and Moscow branch activities.
